We have an amazing lady with us this week for a Fish Skin and Replica combo course . Savannah Will is from Naples Florida and has some experience with alligators and big pythons! She’s going to bring back a couple of 12 foot plus pythons that we are going to mount in the shop sometime in the future. I’m excited! In this course, she’s learning how to skin mount a largemouth bass, create a custom replica of a peacock bass, and finish out a commercial replica of a redfish.  She is one of the most attentive students I’ve ever had and I’ve never seen anyone take such good notes… She has completely documented the process in detail…very impressively! Today we started on the peacock bass and tomorrow morning we will de-mold it. I asked her if she would be willing to write an article for our July newsletter using the information she has documented and she eagerly accepted!  I’m going to give you a little sneak preview of some of the pictures we’ve taken, but I’m really excited about her article… That newsletter will be out July 31. The current issue (April) will be out next Monday. We always welcome contributors to the newsletter.
